The Name

Hello all,

As this is the first post I thought I'd give little insight to the blog name. Often people reference Proverbs 31 as a guideline for women to use in their lives. I have read it many times over and each time commit myself to try and live out those traits in my own life. Though I have failed at this many times and God uses that passage to convict me of it; it has become a passage of great encouragement more than anything else. Instead of being a passage that reminds me of how I fall short, it is a passage that reminds me of how I can do better, how I can improve, and lifts me up in a way that each time I read it, I am filled with a sense of over whelming joy and a determination to strive for those traits. I pray that every woman will be encouraged by that passage and that God will use it to renew them in their commitment to live a godly life of character, strength, and dignity.
